Privacy notice

What we do with your data.

This notice explains what information we collect when you write to us through this site, what we use it for, and how you can ask us to correct or delete it. It is written to comply with Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, the law that applies to us.

01Who is responsible for your data

Juan Pablo Salazar Andreu, trading as Swell Properties, is responsible for the use and protection of the personal data you give us.

02What we collect

Only what you type into the contact form on this site, or what you share when you write to us on WhatsApp or by email:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your phone or WhatsApp number, if you choose to give it
• The type of property and the area it is in, if you choose to give them
• Whatever you write in your message

We do not collect sensitive personal data, nor financial or asset information, through this site. At no point does the form ask you for government ID, account numbers or card details.

03What we use it for

We use your data for the following purposes, all of them necessary to answer you:

• To reply to your enquiry and contact you through the channel you told us to use.
• To understand what your property needs and prepare a service proposal for you.
• To follow up on the conversation while you decide.

We do not use your data for advertising, we do not add you to any mailing list, and we do not send you communications you did not ask for.

04Who we share it with

No one. We do not sell, rent or transfer your personal data to third parties.

The only exception is the infrastructure providers that make the site and the email work — our web hosting and email services — which process the information on our behalf and only to deliver your message to us. We would also hand over information if a competent authority legally required it.

05How long we keep it

We keep your enquiry for as long as the conversation lasts and for a reasonable period afterwards, in case you get back in touch. If you ask us to delete it, we delete it.

06How to exercise your rights

You have the right to know what data of yours we hold and what we use it for (Access), to ask us to correct anything wrong (Rectification), to have it deleted when you believe we no longer need it (Cancellation), and to object to us using it for a particular purpose (Opposition). In Mexico these are known together as ARCO rights.

For any of these, write to info@swellproperties.com.mx from the same address you contacted us with, telling us what you want us to do. We reply within twenty working days at most, and we charge nothing for handling a request.

You can withdraw your consent at any time, the same way, without giving us a reason.

07Cookies and tracking

This site uses no cookies, has no analytics tools and does not track your browsing. There are no social media pixels and no advertising.

The site's typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to a Google server and Google receives your IP address as part of that request. It is the only third-party connection this page makes.

08Changes to this notice

If we change anything, we publish the new version at this same address and update the date above. Worth checking if you get back in touch after a while.

09If you are not satisfied

If you believe your right to the protection of personal data has been infringed, you may take the matter to the competent data protection authority in Mexico.
